Gotta DO IT!

Workout:: 40min Run

My day started at 5:30AM with peanut butter toast (my fav) and then meeting Susan to run in the park! I almost feel like I have my own person running trainer! Except for the fact that I see her back the ENTIRE time. oops. I'm beginning to think that a 4min/run, 1min/walk is pushing myself a little much. At two different times, my garmin said HR 193-197. Yikes! I was hoping today was hard because of my "tired legs".. but maybe it's just because I'm trying to build my pace too fast. And living in MS, no matter what time the run starts, I pour sweat. like a guy.

 Pretty much feels like I pulled my clothes out of water after I peeled them off. Attractive. I know.
Then I was off to work after washing off the nastiness.


 So, lunch was the rest of the massive salad and soup leftovers! Yum! Long day at work. Then tanning.
THIS was dinner :)
Tortilla with grape jelly, scrambled eggs, and deer sausage
Not so gourmet, but it was good! Minus the fact that the jelly soaked thru and got everywhere.


Gone in 2.5 seconds!

  1. Your blog is making me hungry! Yay for your running- it's addicting isn't it? You are super awesome for braving the heat though- I have convinced myself I can only run on the treadmill right now.
